Standard

In the standard format, each player’s deck consists of 1 commandant card and a pool of at least 60 and at most 76 cards that have to be either of the same faction as the commandant card or neutral. Those cards cannot contain more than 4 copies of a card with the same name, although some card attributes (ie unique or unlimited) may override that limitation for certain cards. When a game begins, each player constructs a deck of at least 60 cards from their pool and presents it to their opponent.

Rapid

In the standard format, each player’s deck consists of 1 commandant card and a pool of at least 30 and at most 36 cards that have to be either of the same faction as the commandant card or neutral. Those cards cannot contain more than 2 copies of a card with the same name, although some card attributes (ie unique or unlimited) may override that limitation for certain cards. When a game begins, each player constructs a deck of at least 30 cards from their pool and presents it to their opponent. Commandants in rapid format have half of their usual HP (rounded up).
